SPA ETIQUETTE & POLICIES

QUIET ENVIRONMENT:
Remember this is your personal time to reset and relax. To ensure the most relaxing experience, we appreciate all conversations be kept in a quiet tone while receiving services. Cell phones should be turned off or put on silent. 

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTt:  Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in, change into your spa attire and begin your spa experience on time. If this is your first visit with us, please allow time to fill out your personalized consultation chart.

VISITORS: We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa. All visitors not receiving a service must remain in the waiting lounge.

PARKING:   We have ample, complimentary parking.

PAYMENTS:  We gladly accept the following payment methods:  Spa Gift Cards, cash, credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). To accommodate your desired appointment, a valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your card will not be charged until the completion of service(s).  Appointments that require a deposit, the deposit amount will go towards the balance of the service.

 

GIFT CARD POLICY:  They are available in any denomination and are redeemable for either services and/or product. Gift cards may be purchased in person, and online.  Our electronic Gift Cards are available in any denomination and are redeemable for skin care, waxing, makeup and grooming services and product. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift Cards expire 1 year from date of purchase.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: We recommend that you always reschedule your next spa experience before leaving, in order to guarantee the availability of your favorite services and times in the future. For your convenience, appointment requests are available on our website.

 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY & FEES:  We request that all services be held with a credit card or gift card number. To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.No shows and late cancellations will be charged in full.  Same day or less than 24 hours of notice of cancellation, will incur a charge of 50% of the total balance for all appointments scheduled. If you miss your appointment(s) without giving any prior notification (no call/no show), you will be charged in full for the scheduled service(s).

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: 
During winter months, your safety is of the utmost importance and there is an exception to our cancellation policy. If Metro Detroit is under a winter weather advisory, please make your safety a priority.  When it is unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule same day or with less than the 24-hour notice at no charge.​
